1. General Terms
At North Club House, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless experience. However, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by Customer:
    • If canceled 30 days or more prior to the departure date, a full refund (minus processing fees) will be provided.
    • If canceled 15-29 days prior to departure, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
    • If canceled 7-14 days prior to departure, 25% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the departure date will be non-refundable.
  • Cancellation by Company:
    • If a tour is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other emergencies, you will be given the option of a full refund or an alternative tour of equal value.

3. Refund Policy

  • Eligible Refunds:
    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the cancellation approval date. Depending on your payment provider, it may take longer to reflect in your account.

  • Non-Refundable Payments:

    • Certain deposits, advance bookings, or discounted tours may be non-refundable. These will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
  • No Show Policy:

    • Failure to arrive for a booked tour or activity will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

4. Amendment Policy

  • Any request to amend or reschedule a booking will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Force Majeure

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as political unrest, natural calamities, pandemics, etc.), the company reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings without prior notice. Refunds or credits will be provided on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the event.

6. Group Tours & Special Events

  • Custom group tours, special events, or holiday bookings may have separate cancellation policies. These will be communicated at the time of booking.
